Shipping and Returns

Now shipping Worldwide! We aim to make your ordering process as simple as possible. All orders received by 12pm are always shipped on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays), orders received after 12pm are shipped on the next working day.

We will send you an email once your order has been received and then once again when it ships, but you can log into your account to view the status of your order at any time right here.

International orders: Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination, and must be paid by the recipient. These duties vary widely from country to country and are beyond our control, so, unfortunately, we cannot advise you on what the costs will be.

Please note: To receive a Royal Mail Special Delivery on a Monday we need to receive your completed order by 12pm on a Friday.

If you're thinking of returning an item, please email to get a returns authorisation number to speed up the process.

We can usually accept returns within 30 days of purchase, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange, but please email us as we are usually quite flexible.

We can only accept items that are unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

When you return an item, we suggest that you obtain proof of postage and/or a recorded-delivery receipt, in case the item is lost and you need to make a claim.

Refunds: We will refund the price of any item returned in accordance with this returns policy, we may at or discretion refund the cost of return postal charges in accordance with Royal Mail's standard or 'signed-for' rates only, to UK customers. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded

International Orders: If you are returning items from outside the EU, you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains 'returned goods'.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law, such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
